Hi Everyone, starting a new entry for London!
- Arrived in London on the Eurostar from Paris.
- Two night in Hotel near Marble Arch (6/10)
- Jen has a bad head cold, so I spent an afternoon walking around Hyde Park & Oxford Street. Made friends with a squirell!
- Went to the Victoria & Albert Museum, great stuff, enjoyed the 20th century Theatre & Performance display.
- Moved to a Hotel in Earls Court (we feel like real Aussies now!). Considering how much we are paying, it is disapointing! They wanted 2 pounds an hour for WiFi-I demanded they give it to me, as it is listed on their website as a ‘feature’. Breakfast is very basic ‘Continental’ (3/10)
- Went to The Lion King-Fantastic show! Highly recommend it!
- Went to Les Miserables – Matt Lucas from ‘Little Britain‘ played the Inn Keeper – he was fantastic and what a wonderful show!
Glad to hear you are back on home soil, so to speak. You’ve certainly packed a lot into your holiday. Hope your head cold clears for your trip home Jenny. As I write we are watching Wimbledon (Hewitt). Look forward to your return.
Sub contractor supposed to show up today to measure for the job, a no show.
